Egg Hunt at River Hills

Foster's t-ball game was called off Saturday, because of the storm that came though on Friday.  This allowed us to go the egg hunt at River Hills.  This looks like the year that Foster will really enjoy hunting eggs.
Afterwards, Michael Boerner was playing tennis.  So Foster was able to cheer on his godfather before we left.
 Look at all my eggs!

"Can I give McNeil one of my eggs?"  What a great big brother!

Spring Break 2011

We had a great spring break.  The weather was perfect and the boys were able to go and visit with both sets of grandparents.  They played very hard with all of their cousins too.  Friday we picked the boys up and went to Oxford for the weekend.  Other than the craziness that surrounds the playground at the baseball field it was a relaxing weekend.  We were able to eat out, walk around the square, take in a couple of baseball games and play in the grove.  One thing I love that the square has(now that I bring my kids) is the yogurt shop.  I felt like I was back in Martha's Vineyard(fortunately I did not have to scoop everyone's ice cream).  There is just something about strolling the area at night and being able to stop ad enjoy something cold.

2011

It has been a long time since we have made a post.  I hope that there are still people out there that want to see how the Meacham's are doing.  To be honest there is not that much to report.  We have been busy with the boys and we are trying to take one day at time to maintain our sanity.  McNeil and Foster have a tendency to wear us out!

McNeil's birthday is coming up in April.  He will be two.  I have felt a little sad about it.  He is no longer a little baby and is now a wild man.  If it was up to me I think I would have another one everytime we start aproaching two.  You just can't beat the smell of a little baby and the innocence they bring:)
Foster turned four in January.  He started soccer a few weeks ago and we are going to attempt t-ball in a few weeks.  The word attempt is used strongly.  At this age they are just running around like chickens with their heads cut off, but they are having fun:)
